Hi Guys
Wow what a category 5 gale force wind that thundered through DDRR on Sunday. It made flying quite tough and the landing all the more interesting. Really quite a hard affair. Still I counted 16 Pilots who came through - With Ray Jameson driving in as I was driving out. Over all quite a good day if one considers the awful windy conditions.
I also landed up only taking two pics – sorry – and both were ground shots. Enjoy
Please guys the flying is bordered by the run way in front of us as far over the quarry as you can and no where near the houses over the golf estate. Someone flew over the houses on Saturday. There is some irate person who can't wait to make a nuisance of himself when someone flies over the houses. They called Kevin and made a hell of a noise as usual. Bloody pain but anyway all we need is these people to make enough of a scene and then the council could revoke our lease.
So please guys lets take extra special care not to fly close to those houses and definitely not over the road. Also not before 09h00 in the morning.
Quick reminder that we are all going to support Snoopy's on 6 November 2010. Lets all make a good showing guys and enjoy the camaraderie of our fellow pilots.
