Lighting Kits

Hey Pilots,

Aerial Concepts have got an aircraft lighting kit that's the bomb! The kit comes with a small IC board with ports for connecting the LEDs. Each LED has about a 500mm long lead, and the kit comes with 1x Green LED, 1x Red LED for wing tips, 2x White LEDS for fash flashing strobes, 2x Red LEDs for slow flashing beacon lights and 2x High Bright White LEDs for landing lights. The set-up weighs next to nothing and is powered off the BEC circuits via spare channel on Rx.

I bought myself a kit and have put it on the B-777, it looks absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to fly again to see what it looks like in the air. The complete kit is R150.

I would be at the club on Saturday from 08:00 until 13:00.

 

If there are any pilots that want's to come and practice and have some instruction towards the proficiency day, you are more than welcome.

 

I will bring the DDRF training file and some proficiency forms for practice purposes.

 

There will also be a 45min whiteboard session from 08:30 for those who wants to join.
