Attached find some helpful hints (Training and explanation guide) from SAMAA and the proficiency requirements that you must look at. I spoke to SAMAA during this week and what they would also like us to do like we mentioned is that when we have the whiteboard sessions we must give the pilots a reasonable test and after completion keep it on record with the pilots training file. I agree with them that we not just test the pilot’s skills but also there knowledge.
We will be having a white board session shortly in the next two to three weeks.
